Golf Cart Injury

I love to golf and this case was very interesting. According to court records, plaintiff Michael Guerrero claimed to have been injured when the golf cart he was riding in with his mother and owend by defendants Debbie and Barry Fielding flipped over. This occurred at Hidden Valley Golf Course in Norco, California. No negligence issues were disclosed at this time but a settlement was ageed upon by all parties. The minor child was paid $25,000.00. BUS ACCIDENT

A Bus Passenger was killed after being caught in the bus door. The defendant was the driver of a bus owned by co-defendants San Francisco Municipal Railway and the city and county of San Francisco. On March 18, 2007 the decedent was a passenger of the bus along with his two daughters. The allegations were that decedent got caught in the door of the bus as he exited and was dragged and eventually run over by the bus driver. Decedent eventually died of his injuries that he sustained from the March 18, 2007 accident. Though attempting to deny liability the defendants settled with decedents heirs for $555,000.00.
